The Library Suite is an unassuming first‑floor retreat that greets you with a soft, bookish calm—the kind of room where your shoulders drop without you noticing. The small hideaway nook invites you to curl up with a story while the quiet weight of old books settles around you; some of the volumes date back to the early 1800s and caring for them has become our way of saving history one page at a time. Guests are invited to join that tradition with a pre‑1930s book donation—sign your name and the date inside, and we’ll tuck it into the oak bookcases where it becomes part of the home’s living history. A locally made Mennonite quilt adds a touch of warmth and craft to the space, and a full en suite bathroom completes the suite with comfort and ease.
